Frequently asked questions
Is Mullahc Billing free?
Yes. Signing up, connecting routers and creating packages is free. There is no monthly fee: you pay as you go, a small percentage only when you make a sale.
How does pay-as-you-go pricing work?
Each sale carries a small platform fee that is deducted automatically, so you never get a bill. If you make no sales, you pay nothing.
Which routers are supported?
Any MikroTik running RouterOS v7.1 or later, from a hAP lite to a CCR.
Do I need a public IP or static IP?
No. Every router connects to our secure VPN, so it works on any internet connection, including mobile data and CGNAT.
How do I get my money?
Mobile money sales collect in your wallet. Withdraw to any M-Pesa number from Disbursements.
Can I use my own paybill or till?
Yes. Switch any gateway to your own account and payments go straight to you.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay only for what you sell and leave whenever you like.
Does it support PPPoE as well as hotspot?
Yes. Run hotspot vouchers and monthly PPPoE subscriptions from the same dashboard, with automatic suspension of overdue accounts.
Which countries do you support?
Mullahc Billing is built in Kenya with M-Pesa built in, and works anywhere a MikroTik router can reach the internet. Card and other mobile money payments are available through Paystack and Flutterwave.
